Refund Policy

1. The 7-day window

Within 7 days of a Pro payment, if you have used less than 30 minutes of the cycle, write to us and we refund the full amount to the method you paid with. No explanation needed and no questions asked.

2. After you have used the minutes

Once a substantial part of the cycle is used, the payment is consumed. We do not refund used talk time, because the cost of the model calls behind it has already been incurred.

If you believe a session was billed wrongly, for example a connection that opened and closed by itself, tell us within 14 days with the approximate time. We check the talk-time records and refund the difference if the record supports it.

3. Service failure on our side

If the service is unavailable for a long stretch of your paid cycle because of a fault on our side, we extend the cycle or refund the unused portion, whichever you prefer.

4. Renewals you forgot to cancel

Auto-renew can be turned off at any time in the console. If a renewal charged you and you have not used any of the new cycle, tell us within 7 days and we refund it and switch auto-renew off.

5. bKash and Binance Pay

• bKash refunds return to the bKash wallet that paid. They usually land within 5 to 10 business days once approved.
• Binance Pay refunds return in USDT to the paying wallet address or account, usually within 3 business days.
• We cannot refund to a different account than the one that paid, and we cannot refund more than was received.
• Network fees charged by the blockchain are outside our control and are not refundable.

6. How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and, if you have it, the receipt number from your console. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

7. Accounts closed for abuse

Accounts closed for breach of the terms are not refunded for the remaining period. If you cancel yourself, the period you already paid for stays available until it ends.
